Terms of Service

JoinMyOrder is run by Privity Ventures, Inc., a Nevada corporation at 123 W. Nye Lane, Suite 448, Carson City, NV 89706 ("we", "us" or "our"). These terms cover app.joinmyorder.com and everything we offer through it, including the connections you make to AI assistants (together, "JoinMyOrder").

You must be at least 18 and able to make a binding contract. If you use JoinMyOrder for an organization, you confirm that you may act for it, and these terms apply to it too.

Give us accurate details and keep them up to date. Keep your password safe and don't share your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what an AI assistant you connect does within the limits you set. Tell us right away at contact@JoinMyOrder.com if you think someone else is using your account.

JoinMyOrder helps buyers combine their orders into one larger purchase order so suppliers compete for it. A Lead Buyer starts a purchase order. Other buyers can join it. Suppliers bid for the combined order, and one or more suppliers win it.

• Review: you say whether you are interested. This doesn't commit you to buy.
• Commitment: you say how many items you want and the most you will pay per item. You can leave the order while it is still open for commitments.
• Confirm: you confirm your part of the order and pay. Only you can confirm. Once you confirm, you have agreed to buy from the winning supplier on the order's terms.

Each step has a deadline. If you miss one, the order may go ahead without you. We don't promise that an order will reach a given price, find a supplier or go ahead at all.

JoinMyOrder is a marketplace. We are not the seller. The winning supplier sells the goods to you and is responsible for them, including their quality, safety, delivery, returns and warranties. Lead Buyers and suppliers are responsible for what they write in an order or a bid.

Stripe takes payments for us. When you confirm, we may place a temporary hold on your card to check funds, and we charge you or pass your payment to the supplier as the order explains. Any fee, such as a Lead Buyer fee, is shown on the order before you commit. Prices are in US dollars unless the order says otherwise. Refunds depend on the supplier's terms and the law.

You can connect JoinMyOrder to an AI assistant, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or Muse, or to your own AI operating system or second brain. If you do:

• The assistant acts for you. It can only do what you allowed when you connected it.
• It can review orders and join or leave them within the limits you set under Your agents' limits. JoinMyOrder refuses anything outside those limits.
• It always shows you what it will commit to and asks for your OK first.
• It can never confirm an order or pay. You do that yourself on JoinMyOrder.
• You can turn it off at any time under My profile → AI agents.

AI assistants can make mistakes. Check what your assistant does. Its own company's terms also apply to your use of it. See also our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or anyone else's rights.
• Buy or sell goods that are illegal or need a license, such as weapons, drugs, tobacco or nicotine products, or prescription-only medicines.
• Create false accounts, orders, bids or reviews.
• Try to get into parts of JoinMyOrder you aren't allowed to use, or get around its limits.
• Copy data from JoinMyOrder by automated means, except through an AI assistant connected as described above.
• Upload harmful code, or harass or spam other users.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

JoinMyOrder's own AI features and the information on JoinMyOrder are for guidance only. They aren't professional advice and may be incomplete or wrong. You decide what to buy.

JoinMyOrder uses other companies' services, such as Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Anthropic, OpenAI and Google. Their terms may also apply. We aren't responsible for them.

We own JoinMyOrder, its design and its name. You may use it for its intended purpose. You keep ownership of what you add, and you let us use it to run JoinMyOrder. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.

JOINMYORDER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". AS FAR AS THE LAW ALLOWS, PRIVITY VENTURES, INC. GIVES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DON'T PROMISE THAT JOINMYORDER WILL ALWAYS WORK OR BE FREE OF ERRORS.

AS FAR AS THE LAW ALLOWS, PRIVITY VENTURES, INC. IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR GOODS SOLD BY SUPPLIERS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR US$100.

Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to cover Privity Ventures, Inc.'s losses and reasonable legal costs from claims about your use of JoinMyOrder, your breaking these terms, or content you add.

You can stop using JoinMyOrder and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account, with notice where we reasonably can. Commitments and purchases you already confirmed stay in place. Sections 11 and 13 to 17 continue after your account closes.

Nevada law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state and federal courts in Carson City, Nevada. Before going to court, please email contact@JoinMyOrder.com and give us 30 days to try to sort it out.

We may update these terms. For an important change, we will tell you by email or in JoinMyOrder at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using JoinMyOrder after that, the new terms apply.
