What is JoinMyOrder?

JoinMyOrder lets buyers team up on one big order so everyone gets a bulk price. One person, the Lead Buyer, starts a purchase order. Others join it with the quantity they want. Suppliers then compete to win the whole order.Each purchase order moves through steps with deadlines. At three of them you need to answer: say whether you're interested (Review), say how many you want and at what price (Commitment), and finally confirm (Confirm). If you're busy and miss a deadline, the order goes ahead without you.

What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is an assistant that runs on your computer and does routine tasks for you, a bit like a helpful colleague who reads your mail and handles the simple things. It learns what you usually buy and how much you're happy to pay. When it isn't sure, it asks you.JoinMyOrder works with the AI agent you already use. We don't run it and we don't charge for it.You don't need an AI agent to use JoinMyOrder. You can always respond to purchase orders yourself. An agent simply makes it easier to keep up.

Tell JoinMyOrder what your agent may do

Click My profile, then click Open AI Agents. Under Step 1: Your agents' limits, choose what your agent may do and the most it may spend. Then click Save limits.

Connect your agent

On the same page, type a name such as "My assistant" and click Connect. Then click Download setup file and copy the sentence shown below it.Create and open an AIS-OS folder in Claude Code, paste the sentence and press Enter. Claude does the rest. When it finishes, delete the setup file from your Downloads folder.

Have it check in a few times a day

In the Claude desktop app, create a scheduled task for your AIS-OS folder that says /jmo check, and choose a time such as 9am on weekdays. Once or twice a day is plenty: each step on JoinMyOrder lasts hours or days.Your agent only runs while your computer is on and the Claude app is open. If it's off for a while, it can't respond for you and you could miss a purchase order. You still get the usual JoinMyOrder notifications, so keep an eye on them when your agent is off.

Questions

Can my agent spend money?No. It can only say how many items you'd like and at what price, within your limits. Nothing is charged until you confirm yourself.
What if it gets something wrong?While the order is still at the Commitment step, it can take back its own commitment, and so can you. Every action is listed on your AI Agents page.
How do I stop it?On the AI Agents page, click Turn off next to your agent. It stops working straight away.
Does it cost anything?JoinMyOrder doesn't charge for agents. Your agent uses your own Claude plan.
